Warner Surfboards was established in 1996 after Brett had surfed on the Pro Tourfor four years. He started a shaping apprenticeship at Aloha Surfboards and after six years experience combined with his father Wayne (who started Morning Star Surfboards back in 1972 with surfer/shaper Col Smith) and brother Shannon, to form an underground surfboard company.

Warner Surfboards has developed into what is today a high performance brand thats marketed to harcore surfers. Brett travels to Indonesia, Africa, and Hawaii each season and together with Koby Abberton they are constantly testing the boards so he can pass on that knowledge to you....
